Who Can Perform Eyebrow Lift?

After the Eyebrow Lift Procedure

Eyebrow lift recovery varies depending on the chosen technique—such as Botox, Golden Strings (Thread Lift), or Endoscopic Brow Lift. Proper aftercare is essential to reduce swelling, support healing, and maintain long-lasting, natural results. Below is a complete guide to the eyebrow lift recovery process and the most important post-operation instructions.

Mild redness or swelling is normal during the first days after an eyebrow lift. Cold compresses can be applied gently over the eyebrow area to reduce swelling. Avoid touching or pressing the treated area to prevent irritation.

Avoid smoking, alcohol, and blood-thinning substances such as aspirin during the first few days after the procedure. These factors can increase swelling and slow down the healing process.

Keep your head elevated—both while resting and sleeping—to minimize swelling. Avoid using thick or firm pillows that apply pressure to the eyebrows. Sleeping on your back is recommended during the first week.

Hair should not be washed during the first 72 hours after the procedure. When washing resumes, use gentle movements and avoid applying any pressure to the treated area.

Avoid heavy exercise, lifting, or strenuous activities during the first two weeks after surgery. Light walking is allowed and can support circulation and healing.

Apply cold compresses intermittently until redness and swelling decrease. Do not apply ice directly onto the skin—use a protective cloth or sterile gauze.
